We are a friendly family run operation specialising in property restoration. We cater for homeowners, landlords, insurance companies and the social housing sector with a range of services including (but not limited to):
- Damp treatment – Waterproofing membranes, tanking, DPC injection, Waterproof renders and Drylining
- Mould remediation – Supporting landlords and housing associations to comply with Awaab’s Law treating all damp and mould cases with the utmost urgency. Identifying root causes of mould growth and establishing a suitable long term strategy to prevent regrowth. Our operatives are certified in Mould Assessment & Remediation (Federation of Damp) and we offer full reporting back to our clients.
- Subsidence & Structural Repairs – Includes underpinning, micro-piling, brick stitching, crack repairs, repointing and installing structural beams and lintels. We are partnered with an experienced structural engineer to survey, identify and report any structural issues with clearly defined resolutions to restore integrity into the property.
- Property Maintenance – We offer a comprehensive property maintenance service to homeowners, landlords and the social housing sector.
- Refurbishment & Voids – We refurbish properties to a high standard using our in-house fully vetted tradespeople. We cater for homeowners, landlord end-of-tenancy refits, insurance reinstatement works and social housing voids.
- Out of hours service – We are available 24/7 to react to emergency repair requests. The type of work is typically catastrophic leaks, no water, no electric/tripping faults or window/door boarding. Our operatives work around the clock, always aiming to attend within 60 minutes, carry out the repair on the spot where possible or ‘make safe’ until a full repair can be completed during normal hours. Note: we do not offer a locksmith service.

- Awaab’s Law – Updated October 2025Awaab’s Law, arising from the Social Housing (Regulation) Act 2023, requires social landlords to investigate and fix reported damp and mould hazards within strict timeframes (14 calendar days to investigate, 7 days to start repairs, 24 hours for emergencies).
